Hello to my future and current attorney clients. My name is Dr. Liltina Prendergast DNP, MSN-LHCS, SWOC, RN-C, CLNC., founder and CEO of “Nurse Consultant – Midwest Services LLC.” We look forward to connecting with you to establish amazing work relationships and quality outcomes for your case reviews and individual unique needs.

As a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant since 2019, I bring years of experience working for the United States Navy for over 15 years with honorable service, 13.5 years of Service working with the Veterans Health Administration, and over 14.5(+) years of Nursing experience in various specialties. As a Doctor of Nursing Practice, I have obtained a plethora of skills and qualifications through the years that qualify me as an expert in my field of study.

• Director of Nursing Services – for 1.8 years, as the DON I had the honor of leading and managing over 300 (+) staff, while caring for patients. Some of the services offered included skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, & Rehab, Memory Care, Respite, Palliative, Medical Acute, & Hospital Avoidance Programs. Some of the specialty services provided to residents of the facility included cardiac rehab, chronic disease management, Neurologic Rehab, Orthopedic Rehab, Wound Care, Infectious Disease, Dialysis, Ventilator Care Unit (VDU), and Veteran Administration Patients; alongside a strong understanding of state & federal surveys, CMS, MDS, Facility Reported Incidents, & Abbreviated Surveys, fiscal, pharmacy, and a host of various other skills and services utilized throughout my tenure

• My military, clinical and leadership background includes Radiology, Interventional Radiology, Endoscopy/GI, Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Dermatology, Hematology, Radiation Oncology, Anticoagulation, Sleep Studies, Rheumatology, Pain, PACU, Emergency Room, Hemodialysis, Long Term Acute Care Hospital, Palliative & Hospice, Rehabilitation, Wound Care, Pharmacy Management, and Mental/Behavioral Health
