Fee Schedule

Includes but not limited to:

• Medical record reviews

• Merit Screen Reviews

• Expert Witness Services

• Deposition Analysis

• Covid-19 Litigation

• Nursing Home Neglect & Negligence (LTACH, Skill Nursing, Long Term Care, Assisted Living etc.)

• Wound Care

• Medical Malpractice Cases

• Personal Injury Cases

• Defense/Independent Medical Examinations (DME, IME)

• Perform literature search

• Reports, timelines, chronologies, summaries, narratives, and Attorney phone calls for case discussion

• Deposition and trial preparation

• Interrogatories

• Interpret medical records, reports and deviations in standards of care

• Provide education and clarification of medical/nursing issues to assist legal team

• Assist in the discovery process and identify missing records

Consulting Services: $250.00/hour

Expert Services: $350.00/hour

Deposition ‐ $350 per hour w/ 4 hour minimum

Trial ‐ $350 per hour w/ 8 hour minimum

DME - $1500 (Flat Rate)

Required Retainer: $2,500

TRAVEL EXPENSES (TBD)

Includes but not limited to:
• Hotel stays
• Meal reimbursement
• Mileage assessed at 75.0¢ per mile
• For jobs with an expedited turnaround and/or rushed timeframes, a 25% rush rate may be charged in addition to the invoice total. Rush rate is assessed prior to acceptance of employment by both parties.
• Attorney required to pay all travel expenses, including but not limited to travel time (base rate) and mileage of 75.0¢ per mile.

*Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice fees for services rendered*
