TRAVEL EXPENSES (TBD)

Includes but not limited to:
• Hotel stays
• Meal reimbursement
• Mileage assessed at 70.0¢ per mile
• For jobs with an expedited turnaround and/or rushed timeframes, a 28% rush rate per hour may be charged in addition to the invoice total. Rush rate is assessed prior to acceptance of retainer by both parties.
• Attorney required to pay all travel expenses, including but not limited to travel time (base rate) and mileage of 70.0¢ per mile.

**Retainer fees are due before any review is conducted. Travel expenses (when applicable) are due 5 days after work is complete. Any other additional fees accessed will be paid within 5 working days or as agreed between both parties upon receipt of the invoice for services rendered. All late payments will be accessed an additional 15% inconvenience fee per day until paid**
