Our company reserves the right to adjust our fee schedule when deemed necessary.

We also reserve the right to refuse service and end working relationships should invoices presented to our attorney clients for services rendered, are not paid within 24 hours of receipt, or not paid on time per contract.

An additional 10% surcharge fee will be added for each day an invoice is not paid as agreed.

Nursing opinions contained in each report completed are given to a reasonable degree of nursing certainty, based on the documents furnished to me by each attorney client and or legal representative.

I respectfully reserve the right to modify or add to each opinion upon the furnishing of additional documents and/or relevant information.
